Constellations Work Offers A Powerful New Understanding Of Challenges And How To Transform Them
People often come to Constellations workshops because they feel stuck, constricted or limited by a particular issue.
Applying the Constellations method allows individuals to move from their current problem to the root of the issue, which often leads to an unresolved issue in a prior generation.
The workshop setting offers a unique, solution-focused way for people who want to look beneath the surface “truth” of an issue and find new and often deeply moving solutions.
In a safe and confidential space, participants wishing to explore an issue (issue holders) are invited to set up their own Constellation using members of the group to represent the relevant people and events of the issue they are working on. By positioning the representa- tives into a particular grouping, a “living map” is created and eventually a clearer picture of the issue emerges. Simple but hidden truths can be seen and understood.
Whether you choose to represent, work as an issue holder, or are witnessing the process as part of the group, a Constellation workshop is an extraordinary and unforgettable experience that helps to change the way we see things.
Constellations can help with family, relationship, work, creative or health- related issues as well as unhappiness and ongoing emotional symptoms. While many Constellations are set up to explore deeply embedded problems, they also serve people who are confronted with difficult decisions – around personal direction, career or relationships – and can provide insight and clarity at an important crossroads in one’s life.
