The North London Yoga Studio in Grange Park is run by Indira Das-Gupta. We run a varied timetable with something for everyone and aim to keep our classes affordable. We also run concession and donation classes for those on a restricted income. All our teachers will do everything they can to accommodate you in their class no matter what your level of fitness or experience.
Elaine started to really appreciate yoga when she had Sepsis in the hip and was unable to walk without crutches in her early 20’s. After major surgery Elaine had to learn to slowly increase the strength and mobility back into her hip.
At The Factory our main objective is to provide better service to our members than at any other "normal" gym.
