Sol Lambert, 19, was arrested on October 12 last year following an incident involving a firearm in Bullsmoor Lane, Enfield, on September 2.
He was bailed pending further enquiries, but failed to answer bail on November 29.
Subsequent attempts to find him have proved unsuccessful, Scotland Yard said.
